Stollen is a rich, fruity, and nutty German bread.  Filled with whiskey-soaked raisins, toasted nuts, housemade candied orange and lemon peel, our stollen has a rich marzipan center running through it. Once baked we soak it in butter and cover it with confectioners' sugar making it a delicious gift. Enjoy it with tea or as is for an afternoon or after-dinner treat.
