Class Description: Unlock the mystique of restaurant plates. In this class we will teach you how serve your desserts in a way that would belong at any restaurant in Boston. Executive Pastry Chef Craig Williams will show you the secrets and tricks behind what restaurant pastry chefs do to stand out. A starter kit of plating tools will be provided to the participants. Food components will be demonstrated in class, with the participants taking a hands on role on plating techniques.
