Class Description: Croissants are one of the most difficult and luscious pastries to master. After a few hours with our Director of Bakery Operations, Lauren Shanley and Morning Pastry Lead, Emily Ericson, you will be well on your way to making beautiful, light, buttery croissants at home. Due to time constraints, some of the class ingredients will already be prepared, but Lauren and Emily will demonstrate and walk you through each step. After kneading, folding, and forming your handiwork, you will be able to enjoy what you've made and bring home freshly baked treats.
