Class Description: Come have Pastry Chef Bridget DelGiudice guide you through Tatte's signature cakes. You will not be learning your grandmothers layer cakes here. Instead, we will teach you how to build an incredible mousse cake, as well as how to properly bake a cheesecake. You will leave with the confidence to impress any dinner guest. The class will be a great mix of demonstrations and hands on practice.
