Class Description: Join our Director of Bakery Operations, Lauren Shanley and Morning Pastry Manager, Trinh Hua in learning the fundamentals of this classic French treat and take away the techniques to practice and master in your own home.  During this 3 hour class you will learn to make brioche and it's special mixing technique, how to shape various traditional forms, as well as every thing you need to know about gluten, yeast, kneading, and proofing before we bake and enjoy your hard work.
