Class Description During this 3 hour class you will learn such classic holiday breads such as Stollen, Hot Cross Buns for Easter, Cranberry Pecan Rolls, and variations on Brioche for your holiday season.  How to properly handle each baked good, what fillings you can use, and how to properly store them to make holiday baking as easy, yet impressive as possible.
